Staff and Senior Staff (Full-Time and Part Time)

  We are searching for full time and part time experienced Certified Public Accountants (CPA) to join our firm.  Our ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and income tax. Previous work experience, along with a degree in Accounting and a CPA license are required for this role.  
 

Responsibilities and Skills 

  • Excellent client service skills
  • Proven work experience in public accounting
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial procedures
  • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Preparing, reviewing and analyzing client financial statements
  • Preparation and review of individual, partnership and corporate income tax returns
  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks/Sage preferred)
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge 
  • Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
  • Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
  • BS degree in Accounting or Finance and a CPA certification

Accounting Services Manager

   We are searching for an accounting manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities of staff.  In addition, the position will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships.  


Responsibilities and Skills

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting services team
  • Month and end-year closings
  • Assist clients with software implementations and conversions
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • Coordinate and assist in the completion of financial statement Reviews and Compilations
  • Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Advanced computer skills with MS Office and accounting software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with annual, quarterly and monthly tax reporting
  • Proven knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • BS degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA license preferred but not required
