 With over 25 years of tax consulting and management advisory experience, Eric is a holistic financial partner that you will understand.  Eric’s experience includes 13 years with a Top 10 CPA firm and over 5 years as the Managing Principal of the Tax and Accounting service line of a Top 100 CPA firm.  This experience has led to Eric being published multiple times in the largest circulated tax journal, being asked to provided expert witness testimony to government agencies, as well as numerous other speaking engagements. 

Eric’s career has included extensive exposure in working with private equity and venture capital owned companies.  Not only did this experience provide a deep insight into merger, acquisition and due diligence, it also provided Eric with a wide range of industry experience.  Eric’s industry experiences include constructions, real estate developers, manufacturing, healthcare, professional services providers, and high net worth individuals. 

With two decades of experience in the finance and accounting profession, Nikki focuses on financial reporting, tax compliance, tax planning, and accounting support. Nikki works with various industries including professional services, construction, manufacturing, real estate, and healthcare in providing tax projections, federal and state tax compliance, financial statement reviews, and compilations. 

Nikki has a Bachelor in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and graduated Summa Cum Laude from South College. Community involvement is very important to Nikki, which has led her to be invited to participate in numerous panel discussions, speaking engagements, as well as tax education and accounting support classes throughout the community. Nikki was a member of Leadership Knoxville's Class of 2023 and is currently a board member for the Knoxville Entrepreneur Center, Downtown Knoxville Alliance, CASA of East TN, and A.C.E. Mentor Program of Greater Knoxville. Nikki also serves on the City of Knoxville Audit Committee.
